Rose is the mother of one child.

Ms. Mule was trained as a teacher in Narok district and now lives in Kibera. She has been teaching at New Adventure school for 3 years and enjoys teaching at the school because it is a religious institution where she is helped to grow spiritually. Jesus is her personal savior.

She wants people in the US to know that New Adventure School is a non-formal school that is intended to help the poor children from the slum to grow both mentally and spiritually. It shapes them to be responsible people in their homes as well as in their community. Her favorite aspect of being a teacher is equipping the students with necessary skils and knowledge that will help them throughout their lives.
